at 13, icey gained ice powers; she didn't use them wisely and got sent to a facility for troubled kids w/ powers. three days before her 17th b-day, she broke out of the facility. she ran into an alley- where she met kaira and heather talking; they then showed her the safe house where everyone else (my other ocs) live. after her b-day, she found work at a coffee shop. everyone accepts her; the others are like her. (will explain in comments)
