Voodoo Doll
What would YOU do if you had to deal with voodoo?
Imagine coming across a doll that has your likeness. Pretty cool, right? But also there's a catch!
Anything that happens to this the doll also happens to YOU! Drop it in the toilet and flush it and you get the effect of being flushed. It gets crushed, you get crushed. Thrown off a bridge, you go flying and drop too. Dropped in fire, burned alive. Shredded, shredded. Head gets cut off... you get the picture!
Having a voodoo doll probably wouldn't be the worst supernatural misfortune to happen to you unless it got in the wrong hands. Even then owning one myself would make me very paranoid.
You could leave it at home but then your dog, cat or a small child grabs it. Or someone cleaning your home forgets where they placed it after cleaning or worse they put in the washing machine!
The only way to keep it safe would be bury it or hide it somewhere that no one else has access to.
