Robot Revolution
The robot revolution began without warning.
This week started off just like any other. Work, school, hobbies, quality time with family, goofing off with friends. Rinse and repeat. We never imagined that our machines, which we saw as docile and lacking true sentience, would suddenly turn on us and become a threat to our very survival.
Perhaps we should have saw this coming. Perhaps we should have saw the warning signs. AI was progressing too fast with little thought going into contingency plans or guardrails against potential disaster.
But now it's a bit too late to think back on it, on how we should have handled things differently. More responsibly. Especially with hulking, lethal automatons roaming the streets firing lasers at anything organic that moves or breathes.
Now is about survival.
