From ultra creepy creepypastas, to cozy and wholesome fanarts of Sky: Chidren of Light, one thing for sure is that @Mikk6y always produces an amazing level of quality in their works! Their art showcases their acute attention to detail that they put into every pixel of every stroke!
It's time for us to give them that same level of attention, let's get to known them!
Okay @Mikk6y its's time to introduce yourself! What are some important details about you?
Uhhh important details about me.. I think I'd say I'm thoughtful, passionate and self aware (in hindsight) I reflect better than I react!

You seems to have a wide amount of interest! From Sky Children of Light, Resident Evil, Nintendo franchises like Super Mario & The Legend of Zelda, to even creepypastas! What else would you say inspires you? How did you discover them and how did they influence your journey as artist? What made you begin drawing in the first place?
I've been drawing since I can remember and mostly the lion king since that was my main theme back as a kid I used to draw, like, books of my own stories of simba and his friends.
Then it changed to the Zelda franchises after I got introduced to it and that I've been a fan of for over a decade. Had some good and some meh arts of that and thats where my artstyle had chnaged from drawing animals (disney mostly) to humans.
What made me begin to draw was prolly my mom handing me many pencils back when I was 3. She once had shown me not too long ago the abstract scribble I created back then.

How'd you come across Colors Live? What is your favorite thing about the community & what keeps you around?
Hmmm to be honest, I don't remember how I came across Colors Live. It might have been my cousin introducing the software to me. And so I got the Colors! 3D for the Nintendo and damn those were some nice times.
About the community, I like how everyones just doing their thing. It's not about being perfect , it's about feeling stuff, sharing it and sometimes just vibing. I've seen people post vulnerable, weird, beautiful things, and they still get support. No one gets judged and I like that a lot! :D

Who are your favorite artist on and off Colors Live? What makes them so awesome in your opinion?
@kawanocy (instagram) he inspired me a lot. We both also have slightly similar things going on lately. He also gave me back my will to draw again and I wish we could be friends but I guess thats not possible since he's really popular. His artstyle is so amazing and it's something you'd look at and go: that was him! he painted it! His drawings are full of depth and emotion and intimacy, the coloring, the way he draws it's amazing I cant describe it. Lightning hits like emotion @ijustwannahavefunn (instagram)
@Umikochannart her art is peak. I love how she draws flesh and skin and make strokes on paper feel so realistic yet comic-like and holy I love all of her doodles and masterpieces @kjr0313 (aka sardine on X) I love how they draw my pookie!
Which Colors Live artworks of yours would you consider your favorites? Is there any you have a soft spot for in particular?
Ughh unmmm. I like my shadow Link, Homicidal Liu and Ganondorf painting. A painting of mine that I have a soft spot for is the Sky Birthday painting xD

Top 3 favorite artworks in the Colors Live gallery?
Ohh three favorite artworks is a hard decision there are SO many amazing artworks
They've got that "hug-and-a-punch-at-the-same-time" artstyle - like, so soft but with that chaotic energy that makes it cool and I love their work!
How does Colors Live fit into your art process and do you use any other art software/mediums? If so, which ones? Are there any potential features you'd like to see in a potential Colors Live 2/Switch 2 edition of Colors Live?
I only use colors live to be honest. I think it's perfect enough!
All the other art softwares got too much stuff going on that you can create a large painting in 3 seconds, meanwhile on Colors Live you still have to paint it yourself and I love that hidden challenge a lot! I think that is one reason why I improved so much with my art too!
But what I personally would like to see in Colors Live 2 (god I need it) is a ruler!
There were many things I wished I had a ruler for already and so I used a real ruler or the tiny pixel brush (but if you rotate the tiny pixels then the lines get a bit blurred :'D).
What I personally would like to see more too is the possibility to draw with friends like we used to in Colors!3D :D!
Your creepypasta artworks are amazing! But I'm curious, what exactly ARE creepypastas? What makes them interesting to you?
Oh the creepypasta question! I'm not really into that fandom anymore that was a teenage phase of mine!
Uhhh but what had gotten me into them were the stories. Basically creepypastas are tragic horror stories made up in the early days of the internet to scare people a bit.
Well known are slenderman, jeff the killer or ben drowned. What made them interesting to me were their stories and what made them to what they are now and I like how most of them got that crazy personality which is so nice to draw (even tho I lowkey suck at expressions). It can be easy to make dynamic art with crazy characters.

IF you could create your own creepypasta, what would it be?
And if I could create my own creepypasta then it wouldnt be a creepypasta anymore cause I dont like creating killers xDD!
They'd be more of a spooky noodle. I never made an OC before and everytime I tried I abandoned them so I dont think I can give much information to a selfmade creepypasta. I envy those who make their oc's alive.
As an artist, what would you say are your most defining traits? What is something you put into every one of your artworks or something always in the back of your mind when creating them?
HOOO I'm a perfectionist and even tho I know the best arts are those that seem to be detailed but arent - I still put so much detail into every pixel (currently working on not doing that HHH my next art piece woll be a little bit more chill. I hope. no promises sobsobsobsob)
A trait of mine I put in every piece are hands. Since I suck at emotions I try to show off my hand-drawing skills HAHAH (AI could never)!

What's some crucial life advice you'd like to give to your audience(it doesn't need to be art related)?
Uhh there are many advices I could give. One of them would mostly be for those that have a bit of anxiety or struggle with something (cause world sure sucks): people will judge you anyway, might aswell do what makes you feel alive
Let yourself suck at something before you expect to be good at it. Progress starts when ego shuts up!
You're not behind. Youre just on your own weird-ass timeline! You dont always have to be strong, just dont lie to yourself list goes on! I love this!

Goals and plans for the near and far future?
Goals and plans for future uhh is messy right now! Might sound dumb but I'd like to join the military - I know some would say "excuse me? You dumb?" Hear me ouuuttt!
I wanna protect the ones I love and I can't do that behind 4 walls. Or I'll start business with my art (unrealistic. but military for me is also unrealistic. But more realistic.... I dunno).
How do you handle the feeling of burnout? When in a rut, what's something you do to revitalize yourself?
Burnouts are horrible! It's not just being tired, it's like your soul and brain are running on empty and no amount of rest seems to refill the tank.
What helped me was reminding myself that it's okay to do nothing at all once. It's not being lazy. God needed rest too. So do we.
Saying no to things that hurt my energy. Letting my emotions and feelings free without suffocating in them. Tiny steps into getting out again. If guilt starts to feed the burnout then I make a little check-list of stuff I did that day (can be tiny, like, waking up and yawning afterwards to brushing my teeth or making myself a toast or talking to someone). That it's okay not to be okay at times.

Nice to see another Sky Children of Light player! What's your favorite thing about that game?
Ah I love sky cotl community -holy- I've never seen a game with such wholesome beings in it before! I could freak out in excitement HAHAH!
I love exploring realms, the emotional seasons/events, dressing up and expressing myself, to connecting with friends and becoming like a literal family there and all. It's cozy, sweet and relaxing (mostly).
