@JellyRabbit is an artist that draws anime, video game characters, their own original characters, and also what inspires them from their dreams! Speaking of dreams, this interview has transitioned from just a dream to reality! Let's read it now!
What exactly is a "Jelly rabbit"? A rabbit made of jelly? Who're you?
"Yes! I am a rabbit made of gelatin. Currently lime flavored."

Quite the gallery you have here! What would you say inspires you?
"I have a lot of insane, wacky dreams so I often pull ideas from them. Videogames and other
artist’s work inspire me too."

When did you discover Colors Live? What made you join the community?
"I joined back in early 2018 I think. One of my friends introduced me to Colors! She does not post here anymore, but I have fond memories of drawing with her back then."
You have a lot of cool fan characters! How do you come up with them?
"Like I said, mostly dreams."
Nice to see some Splatoon fanarts! Is it your favorite Nintendo franchise? What gear do
you main?
"Splatoon is one of my favorite games! Definitely my favorite Nintendo franchise. I main the
Eliter4k and occasionally the Splattershot Jr."

We see that you do most of your art in Colors 3D! Is Colors the main way you make art?
If not, what do you use and how does colors compliment your workflow? Are there any
features in Colors you want to see?
"I also use Clip Studio to make art, but something about having so many options is stressful. I
use Colors when I want to chill out. I can’t speak for the Switch users, but I love how restrictive the 3DS version is. Keep it as it is!!"

"My first successful shot at “painting.” I like the angle I chose to draw him in."

"They are inactive now, but I can’t stop going back and looking at their pieces. Their gallery kindof constantly lurks in the back of my mind. Something about the softness of the lineart and nicecolor combos, I think."

You're really good at perspective! What advice would you give to others? Any art advice
you have in general?
"Thanks!! I think my perspective still needs some work, but I like to play around with it. My advice for both perspective and anything else would be to take or find reference photos! Take time to study the basics, experiment, and practice practice practice."

"I’m currently studying computer science and commercial art so hopefully I can do a mixture of
those two things in the future. Like making websites or videogames or something. I want to do
something I love."
