@ImmortalEyes is an artist well known for their rapid pace of making art, really cool ocs, and their love of super heroes! Lets keep our eyes on them and immortalized them in Colors history!
What are the origins of ImmortalEyes? (for one are you really immortal?)
"The original username I used was ImmortalPeep for a First Person Shooter (fps) game, Warface. I was really good at it, I believe at one point I was in the top 50 players so I wanted my name to be Immortal but it was already taken and I had some peeps at the time so I just went for ImmortalPeep. When I got colors my most favorite thing to draw at the time was eyes. So I just combined it with my FPS username and got ImmortalPeep."
You seem to try out a lot of different styles! How do you keep up with them all? What are your biggest inspirations?
"I have a goal to eventually schedule out days to do certain things so I can post a wide variety for my followers. I really enjoy drawing characters but I also enjoy still life's and animals. I just want to give people more then one thing to look at and I've sorted them through tags in my profile description so if someone wants to see O.C. they can click that or if someone wants to see still life's they can click that etc."
Colors Artist Style Challenge (pt.4) by ImmortalEyes
You have a lot of really cool OCs like your character Violet! What inspired her and your other characters? What's your thought process when designing a character? Does Violet or any other character of yours have a backstory? Do you have a favorite?
"Thank you for saying Violet is cool. The women of D.C. comics and Marvel comics probably inspired me the most. Specifically the comics not the shows. I just love superheroes and buff women lol. I really like black widow and wonder woman's designs. I brought in some purple and black from the D.C. side and reds and yellows from the marvel side and BOOM, Violet."
"I have a lot of superhero O.C.s which I made tiers of power for: Sidekick, Hero, Mythic, and God." Hero occupations being: Rescuer,Brawler, Healer, Protector. Her power tier falls on mythic and her occupation is brawler."
"Her backstory is very cliche. Her passion was always to become a hero which she successfully did on her 18th birthday and in my universe she is the 4th most powerful being in it. All of my O.C.s have lots of lore but I don't want to take up too much time so I'm going to stop here haha!"
Day 3: Fighting by ImmortalEyes
How did you discover Colors Live? What are your thoughts and wishes for the app/community?
"I first started doing digital art on my 3ds, specifically on miiverse. While I had miiverse I discovered Pokemon Art Academy. I had quite a following on miiverse and a lot of fun on P.A.A. Unfortunately as we all know, Miiverse got taken down. I was pretty sad about not getting to share art anymore for a while."
"Then I just randomly decided one day to Google art games for the 3ds and colors3d popped up. I got it that following Christmas. Then my ds became unusable and I was going to get another one but I had my first job and decided "you know what, I have money now" and got the switch. (Best decision ever btw) then a little bit after that you guys announced colorslive was coming to the switch. I got it almost as soon as it was available. (I wish I could've supported you guys during development) and now we're here!"
What are your go-to tools when working in Colors? Do you use any other software/mediums? What part does Colors Live play in your workflow?
"My go to tools are almost always the classic hard brush and classic eraser. I'm very basic haha."
"I don't do digital art anywhere else. I do draw and paint in real life occasionally. I mostly do pen/pencil drawings and acrylic/watercolor paintings. I mostly do animals when I'm doing traditional pieces."

Kitty Practice by ImmortalEyes
Favorite Colors and non-Colors artist? How do they inspire you?
"Advice: there's no good or bad art, just experienced and inexperienced. Keep practicing and you'll become great."
"My goals are just to live as stress free as possible. My art goals are to just keep going and see what happens haha."
The most important question of all... Where is the fountain of youth?
"If I tell you where the fountain of youth is then you'll tell everyone else. No secrets, I'm just unemployed and this is my stress reliever haha..."
What's the most interesting fact about you hardly anyone knows? That you're willing to share of course!
"Well I don't know if it's interesting, I was born with a birthmark on my left arm and my mom also was born with her birthmark in the same place. It'd be cool if they looked identical but they don't. (T-T)"
Colors Gallery question from @razrdraws: How do you get such consistent lines in your drawings, especially from the occasional colors3D paintings?
"I'm not gonna lie, I undo a lot until it looks right. Sometimes when I get a perfect looking line, I will straight up copy and paste it, repeatedly. Another way I do lots of straight lines, is using the select flood tool and just very quickly drag it in a straight line across the screen; it gives me finer/skinnier lines (thats what i did specifically for this background on my "Clouds" painting)."
Colors Gallery question from @XXX-Violet-Cowgirl- : What do you spend most of your time doing, and how did you learn art?
"I spend most of my time drawing, usually with a TV show or movie playing in the background for noise.
I'm self taught. I drew a lot as a kid for fun and drew on Pictochat (first digital drawing experience) on the DSI. Then FlipNote. Then when I got my 3ds that had Miiverse I just thought " what the heck, let's try taking it seriously" and I have drawn almost every day since. I still have a lot of improvement to make and I'm excited to get even better!"
