@DoveArtsAngel is known for drawing OCs, Poke fusions, and warrior cats! The way they use the dodge & burn tools to create strong highlights in the scenes they draw really makes them stand out! Lets get to know them!
A dove? An angel? an artist? Who are you? What are you?
"I'm an artist with big ambitions and low charismas and social skills."
Pokemon, Warrior Cats, and fusions! What inspires you? Some of your influences are quite obvious.
What inspires me is the media around me and my overactive imagination!"
I love the way you create lighting with the dodge & burn brushes! What would you say is your process and mindset when creating a scene?
"My process is first my brain gets an idea, then I sketch in what I call "Infrared sketching" in which I start with red for general placement and proportions, then place features with orange and refine with yellow, and then refine more with blue or green.
I start my line art with either the sketch brush or the classic brush pen. My color choices are usually memorized from my characters."

How did you discover Colors Live? Is it your main way of creating art?
" I think I discovered Color live through youtube as all discoveries. Colors live is my main way of creating art but I do occasionally do traditional."
What do you like about the Colors community? Are there any changes or features you would like to see?
"I like the Colors live community for its friendly nature and its vibrence. Some features I would like to see are more layer modes and being able to bring previous painting into a new canvas for reference."
Warrior Cats is a franchise I've heard about years ago but never got into. Do you recommend it?
"Warrior cats is a good franchise but it's not for everyone, it's quite edgy, if you can handle alot of blood and animal death, then you'll like it."

Your pokemon fusions are pretty cool! How do you go about combining elements from each mon? What makes you think " Oh these pokemon here would look cool fused together?"
"The pokemon fusions you're talking about are actually from a fangame called Pokemon Infinite Fusion, I'm in no way claiming the designs as my own, but i am thinking of making more pokemon content."

Colors art you're most proud of?
"My favorite painting is Plague Girl and her Mot, I really like the way I rendered it."

"my top 3 works of art would be 1.Sandface's last stand, 2. my demon/angel painting labeled "blem", 3. Realistic cat eye"
Favorite artist on and off Colors?
"My favorite artist on Colors Live is @BiniBean, while my favorite artists off Colors Live are Nyoko arts, TheStarfishface, Pastra, ABD illustrates, and many more."
Any other advice you would like to give?
"The advice I would give: Don't burn yourself out."
Do you have any goals? What're you main motivations?
"My goal for my art is to get my stories and characters in some sort of published media like a tv show or webcomic."
Anyone you want to shout-out?
"I would like to shout-out my outschool teacher Miss Mickey for teaching me how to better my art and constantly compliment me on drawing on a switch."
