Headless Hunter
You wonder through an abandoned village on a cool, dark night. The full moon is out in magnificent glory and all seems well, however, you can't help but think about the legend of the headless hunter, who was said to prowl the very lands you inhabit. "It's just an old legend", you laugh to yourself. But over the sound of the wind, you hear something. It sounds like the galloping of a horse in the distance.
It may just be your imagination, but fear compels you to begin making your way home. As you walk, the sounds of the galloping horse gets louder, and in response you pick up the pace. But now its headed in your direction! With a bit of quick thinking, you dive into a thick bush in the woods nearby! The galloping stops and you hear someone drop off their horse. Instinct and fear tell you to keep hidden but curiosity pushes you to peek out. And then you see that the legends were true! The Headless Hunter is on the prowl... for you!
