This looks really cool, even though im not a pokemon person.
My only tip would be to study the muscle build on the legs a little bit. Because while the overall anatomy is fantastic, It could use a little mor muscle build on the front legs. It still looks amazing though. Great work! :)

Wow! That looks so good! I love the way this was drawn, it's fantastic. The shading looks pretty good, and I love the fire.. I can't wait to see the finished thing!
