The guy in the middle is the postman from The Legend of Zelda (particularly Majora's Mask.) The pelican on our right is Pete from Animal Crossing. You seem familiar with Pelipper and Delibird (specifically from the Mystery Dungeon series and from Pokemon Channel, respectively.) ;)
