I never find your paintings depressing. Moody, exciting, thought provoking, meditative, excellent, sublime. They all take me away. This is like an early morning stroll, stopping to relax and think about the day ahead. Perfect and gorgeous.

The scene looks a bit solitary and alone with the lone tree, the cloudy background, and bits of fencing. However it's still a lovely nostalgic painting. I love deep shades of green as well.
