@_-Foxy-Lily-_ ok im like really worried that im going to get worse again now that schools starting. stress and anxiety were my main reasons i did SH and i really dont want to do it again but im scared im going to. it started around this time last year too and im so close to being one year clean and i dont want to ruin it. i powered through the trauma anniversaries and i stayed clean all through that but idk if the stress is going to trigger that again

keep markers handy (preferably washable)

whenever you want to cvt, take out the markers and scribble where you normally would cvt. you're skin only likes when you cvt bc of the sensation. scribbling w markers gives the same sensation, so you feel better.

I'm lowk a lesbian. I'm aroace completely, but sometimes i just feel some other, like fourth type of attraction? It's weird. It's not Platonic. It's not smexual. It's close to romance but not quite? and i h.ate romance still? i can't explain.
It's a problem for two reasons:
1. i have a very good friend of mine, but she's VERY h-phobic. her rants are something else. i can't come out to her at ANY COST.
2. my absolute bff, who is very supportive, doesn't CONT

and then, BOOM. she got a gf. someone she knew for WAY shorter than how long she's known me (ive known her since the start)
i just rly want her to want me, but even if she did, I'd be hard to hide it, and
