The back of Gyarados' head is INCREDIBLY DUMB. It looks like some sort of Alien helmet. So I drew it differently. Along with some other parts...

...Okay, so I drew this mostly without reference, and messed up! I'm not changing it, so bite me!
Maybe I'll colour this, or touch it up some day, maybe give it a REAL background, but for now it's DONE.
