As of right now you can't watch it because it's a video game that someone on SomethingAwful translated because it was never released outside of Japan, but it's getting an anime this summer! All together three parts, Dangan Ronpa, Dangan Ronpa 0, and Super Dangan Ronpa 2. The latter 2 are currently still being translated.
