Marine Specimen by Seeress

Discovered very close to an underwater trench, this creature consists of a gelatinous body housed in a skeleton. Despite clearly being external the skeleton provides no bodily support: Doctor Hostis believes it may be from an entirely seperate entity, similar to a hermit crab and its borrowed shell. If this is the case then the skeleton's original owner is of an unknown species. Our specimen shows a level of intelligence much like an octopus and a fondness for dog-treats.

I wanted to draw something with tentacles and got a bit carried away. I'm pretty proud of this.
