I'm in the dark, can someone tell me the difference between a Wyvern or a Dragon?

the difference of a dragon and a wyvern is a wyvern has no arms, doesnt breath fire, and has a different tail tip(it has no barb) and dragon has no legs, four legs, or four legs and two arms, breaths fire and has a barbed tail.
