Here's his bio:
Inferno is a 20 year retired vetran to the Royal Gaurd of Canterlot, he his nickname is "Commander Inferno" since he was a great leader.
His firetipped wings grow when he does a "Lightning-Flame-Boom" which (no matter what gorrie says) goes faster than the speed of light, (and sets the sky on fire), the longer he does the fire tips grow, when it reaches his body he can get kil'led. It also has a 2 week cool-down.
Now at 28 Inferno lives in Mt. Haephelios (Hay-feely-oas), a volcano which is three miles away from ponyville. He is the host for the Equestrian god of fire: Haephelios. With the god inside him he can see fate, but he can only see it when he interveines (is that spelled right?). I the story He can lose the god stuff and say "the gods have gone silent", but for an extra challenge for the characters he can still have Blaze, his dark-side, at random points Blaze takes over Inferno's body causing Inferno to go deep inside his mind and fight him (i dont get the logic in that).
He has a special fighting style, he uses his wings to hold his sword (Bane of Forests, look at that painting it'll help), which only he could hold. He broke his wings so much that it now acts like a hand, causing him to hold stuff, write letters, anything a hand could do. He can also fight barehoofed, crossbow any weapon, he's a master combatitian (give him anything and he'll find a way to ki'll somepony with it).

But wait theres more:
He also has a form known as m-Mystical Inferno, It's when his hair turns green for ten minutes, then it has a 24 hour cool-down. What the fire does is that it mails letters (like Sp'ike's fire) water can't put it out, and it can get rid of dark magic. Ex. When dark magic induces Shining Armor's horn, with mystical fire Inferno can rid of it.
Now to water:
If Inferno's hair gets wet, it goes out and when it goes out, he di'es. That's why the Mystical Fire is so important.
He doesn't have a love life, I'm curios what your going to do with Inferno's relationships (p.s he is bitter rivals with Rainbow Dash).
His armor:
His armor is made of Dark Steel, the strongest yet rarest metal in all of Equestria, He got it after defeating a Shadow Knight, rogue knights who left the gaurd. His helm wraps around his face and over one eye, (look at the painting Commander Inferno) cuz regular helms snuff out his hair. It was actually molded out of a regular gaurd's helmet.
He has an older brother named Volt blah blah blah, um
He had black and white hair from birth to 15, He was a blank-flank until at age twenty-two (when he also got his fire hair and fire-tipped wings) He was bald from age fifteen to twenty two,
His personality is humorous, aggressive, and loyal. His friends consist of Hurricane (host of the water god), Shining Armor, Cyclone (host of the air god) and Shockwave (host of the Earth god).
He traveled between dimensions, like Industrial Equestria, which is a depressing place with smoke blocking the sky, factories strewn across the land, a sea in the middle of equestria and everone is ruled by Chrysalis, it will be what would happen if a Canterlot Wedding failed. (oh in that dimension Inferno, Hurricane, Cyclone, and Shockwave is dead)

1 more thing about his sword,
If a unicorn levitates it, it shoots fire at the source (the horn) causing a massive migrane. And if anyone holds it, they get encased in a ball of fire, causing searing pain.

Inferni: You are staring to sound like bratty five year olds, but fine I'll tell you

Inferno: Umm, well I'm 28, I'm a master swordsman, I can take anything and ki'll you with it. See that bird over there, I can kil'l you it.
*Everypony gaped at him*
Inferno: I have a god living inside of me WHO WON'T WAKE UP FROM HIS NAP!!!!!! Oh, and don't touch my sword.
???: Why?
Inferno: You'll see. *he winks*
*trotting echoes through the night*
??: AHH!!! IT'S THE HEADLESS HORSE!!!!!

Gaurd: Commander *gasp* Inferno *gasp*, Th-th-th
Inferno: What is it!!
Gaurd: *gasp* The princess wants to see you, and bring your friends.

Basch: Sure, I can take that: How 'bout hmm He's a Legend across Equestria and has been dead for thousands of years so when ponies see him stumble out of the forest they're confused, he reacts quite oddly to all of the modern stuff but soon adapts to it. How 'bout that?

The reason why is, he was at a Canterlot wedding, a war against changlings, Soon he defeated the God of Darkness. That takes place in the future so he didn't do yet but when he goes in the future he's a legend for defeating him. The God of Darkness i mean.

I can write a prequel in Inferno's PoV.
