Why would you follow someone if your not interested in their art? I think people missunderstand why following was implemented, its so you can see when new art is out from the artists your interested in.

AN REASON TO FLOLLOW ART:
You must like their art.
Check often.
It is fine to follow them if you don't know them though.
But don't expect them to follow you back.
For example:
I actually (litarly) like you're art. I'll follow you. But do you like what I draw? Depends, if you like it you'll follow me, if you don't, you won't. Was that a good example? Nao Shuzuppers. XD
