When the Silurians and Sea Devils were invented back in the Jon Pertwee era, they both had fantastic stories and absolutely laugh-worthy costume designs. Of the two, the Sea Devils seemed the most human, genocidal meglomania aside. With the recent redesign of the Silurians in The Hungry Earth/Cold Blood, Sea Devils seem a bit neglected so I've been trying to overhaul their look. This is a young male Sea Devil from a single-ridged genetics chain.
