Molly and Jordan by Gleeok
*Visit my Gallery please!* - This is, on my opinion, one of the cutest scenes in the anime Oban Star Racers, where Molly finds comfort in her racing partner´s arms. Jordan´s feelings towards his partner continues to grow bigger as the anime follows. This took me around 6:30 hours, i tried to maintain the originality of the scene while playing around with that coloring technique, im happy with the result. When i found out i had to remake Jordan´s leg because of the 3D i freaked out haha!

Ikles - yes i know we can move layers (i do, and did that several times here), but Jordans leg was in the same layer as his whole body, the only way was to either remake the leg or all his body.

you could hace copied his body up a layer and then erase everything but his leg

Inkless - Ohhh thats true Hahahaha! Yeah...thanks for the tip. When i was fixing that mistake it was like 2 in the morning so i didnt think about anything near that haha! But yeah, remaking it was good... the more you draw the better you get! Theres a good point in everything :)

Kuromii, i will do what the software allows me to do, if it allows tracing and i want to use a picture as reference or get
any elements from it (what you call tracing ?) i will do it. What matters is the final result for me.

By the way, tracing is not a bad thing, it´s a great way to learn some basics. Its like learning to ride a bycicle, sooner or later you ditch the small side weels. Keep chalenging yourself!

Well done i truelly agree with Alpha Wolf. I loved the Orban Star Racers series but's been so long ago since i watched it, it feels like a distant memory but to me you've brought it back to life. Wish they would've done a second series.

I used to watch this on Jetix then Jetix cancelled it then sky cancelled jetix and i got sad. i am going to watch it again.
