Traced over a pic I DREW ON PAPER. I thought of this character around the time I created Arachne, but I couldn't think of what to make him look like. Note: I HAD NO INTENTION OF MAKING IT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE GLIGAR OR GLISCOR.
