3rd POV: Civil war has ravaged cybertron for thousands of years, the heroic autobots and the dreaded decepticons fought tirelessly. It all started with the libarian named, Orion Pax, he sensed that a gladitor named, Megatronus was angered by the high councial, a councial that choose the primes. When Megatronus was shuned by the high councial, thats when Megatron and his decepticons are born... The autobots were unprepared as the decepticons attack without warning and without mercy, countless citys fell before the ruthless gladitors. Centries later, Megatron and two fellow decepticons, Brawl and Barricade, attacked a star station that was under the protection of starscream. but this station was deadly, it holds a energy so unstable, that a cybertroian whould die by touching it, dark energon. When Megatron found the dark energon, he trys to control it, Starscream tryed to talk him out but Megatron just got closer to it, till finally he somehow manage to control the dark energon. Starscream ran away, but Megatron was on his tail. When Starscream returned to Jetfire, a callouge of his, Megatron followed them to a launch pad. Jetfire tryed to tell Megatron to stop using dark energon or everything will die. Starscream then backstabs Jetfire and joined the decepticons, Jetfire then flew away from them to Zeta Prime, who was the prime at the time, to warn him about Starscream's betrail. Starscream, then told megatron about a energon bridge that was under the station, Megatron then orders Starscream and his two commanders, SkyWarp and ThunderCracker to find and activate the energon bridge. as the three seekers (a type of transformer that turns into a jet) found the bridge but it was guarded by a gaint sentry, Starscream deafets the sentry and activated the energon bridge, then Megatron orders them to return to the station so they can be ready to attack Iacon city, the autobots capital. Megatron and two other decepticons, Soundwave and Breakdown, went behind enemy lines

to capture the omega key, which leads to cybertron's core, but Zeta Prime had a hold of it, Megatron then ordered dark energon bombers to destroy the gates to Zeta's valuts. Megatron then fought Zeta and was victourious, but the key turned out to be a device to activating the key. It was revealed that the omega key is a gaint autobot named, Omega Supreme. The battle was long, but Megatron deafeted Omega and corrupted him to gain access to cybertron's core.
a scout named Bumblebee was surrounded by decepticons till, Optimus (Orion Pax) saved him. Bumblebee told Optimus about Zeta's death, Optimus then toke the role "tempary command". He along with Bumblebee, and Ratchet, a autobot medic went to take out the decepticon forces along with, Jetfire and Ironhide, a autobot commander and Optimus's old freind. They manage to deafet Starscream, who is now the decepticons air commander, but Starscream fled to safety. as Optimus was ready to help repair Iacon city, a recording of Zeta played saying he was in Koan, the decepticon captital city. Optimus had a plan, to get captured by koan's patrols along with Bumblebee and another autobot scout named Sideswipe. But Soundwave sentenced them to death, air raid manage to save them so they can get inside, he but was captured and taked to a high security prison cell. Eventually Optimus found and freed Air raid and all the autobots from the cells, he toke this to his advantage to free Zeta, but Soundwave was their so they had to fight him and his casseticons, Frenzy, Rumble, Laserbeak, Ravage, and Ratbat. (in the game Ravage and Ratbat was not even mentioned. but they were in the toyline however.) Optimus was able to deafet Soundwave, but Soundwave severly injured Zeta and escaped. Zeta said to Optimus that he was dead already as he died. Optimus along with Zeta's corpse. traveled to the high councial's chamber pleading for their guidenice, but the councial told that it was the primes job to lead. As Optimus said their is no more

primes, but the councial dubed him the last prime and ordered him to journey to the planet's core and stop the dark energon corruption before its to late. Optimus, Ironhide, and Warpath, a defender-class autobot, traveled to save Omega Sumpreme so they can gain access to the core. They freed Omega and Ratchet who followed Optimus, repaired him. Omega returned tha favor by giving Optimus Prime access to the core. When dark energon eating creatures called space slugs, with turrents on their backs helped them to get even faster to the core, but a corrupted creature attack them and destroy the space slugs, so Optimus Prime had to go without them. Eventually they found the core and fought and destroyed the creature. but the cybertron's core was to be repaired in billion years as long as Optimus Prime holds the matrix of leadership. Optimus then returned to the surface to order all autobots to leave cybertron and find a new home among the stars, but Megatron used the space staiton which is now upgraded with a deadly cannon to destroy the autobots transports. But Jetfire, Air Raid, and Silverbolt tryed to deactivate the cannon, but it turns out that the station was a gaint decepticon named trypticon. The airealbots manage to destroy trypticon's transformation cog. But trypticon's real form was more powerful and horrifing, as he falls to cybertron's atmosphere. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Ironhide went to Trypticon's crash site and fought him. The battle was long and hard, but Optimus was succeds and destroyed trypticon. The remaining autobots that did not leave cybertron were making a ship called the ark.

6 earth days before the ark's launch.
Optimus, Ironhide, Jetfire, and Perceptor, a autobot scientist, were ready to make sure the ark was going to the autobots best and last hope. But the decepticons attacked with warp cannons, deadly plasma firing cannons that are fired from space then latch on mountains to buildings, to destroy the ark. Optimus Prime, who know has new more powerful armor, was going to talk to perceptor to take out the warp cannons, but a new decepticon troops called leapers toke more time to get there. It turns out Grimlock and his team left his post and the decepticons got in with ease, Optimus belived that he leaft for a reason. Perceptor said about a long-range artillary and a nuetron gun, which will help take out the decepticons. but it transform to a gaint autobot, bigger then Omega Surpreme, named Metroplex. Optimus with the help of Metroplex and Warpath toke out two out of the three warp cannons, the third injured Metroplex. Optimus then tryed to destroy the third cannon but was attacked by Starscream, Brawl, and Onslaught, the leader of the combaticons, and was taken to Megatron, but Metroplex smashed him to bits and Starscream became decepticons new leader and retreated to Kaon. But the autobots victory was bitter sweet, there barely enough energon to last a mega-cycle. So Optimus told Jazz and Cliffjumper, two autobot infiltrators to go to the sea of rust, which is Grimlock's last known location

Cliffjumper found a star map that lead to a beautifal, organic, planet. Eventually both Jazz and Cliffjumper found the area Grimlock was last known location, a trasn pit in the sea of rust. Jazz then jump in the pit and found a recording by Sludge, a member of Grimlock's team (in the game Jazz found Sludge's corspe but I want Sludge to live), that they were attacked and kidnapped by unknown creatures, then to reaveled to be insect like decepticons called insecticons. Jazz escaped and he and Cliffjumper eventually found Shockwave Megatron's former second in command talking to Starscream though a hologram about the ancieat tower that activated a space portal and Starscream told him to forget the tower and pump the energon lake, that surround the tower dry. Jazz and Cliffjumper tryed to destroy Shockwave but he activate the self-destruct sequence, toke the blueprint of the tower, and escaped them both. Sideswipe got Jazz and Cliffjumper got on his dropship and escaped the explosion. Optimus Prime then told them to get back to the energon lake and deliver the energon to the ark, but the energon has to be taken by a gaint truck that holds enough energon to fuel the ark but Starscream and the combaticons, Onslaught, Brawl, Swindle, Vortex, and Blast Off, wanted the energon back and Vortex along with Brawl, and Blast Off destroyed the bridge the autobots were about to cross. Blast Off told Starscream about anti-aircraft guns that protected the autobots carrier, but Starscream ignored him and order to attack directly. Swindle manage to destroy the wheel stabilizer, but the truck's wheels turn into jet engines and flew away.

Swindle manage to get on the carrier and destroyed the anti-air craft guns, first one by opening the guns canisters, and shooting the ammo, and the second one's controls was sabotaged and he used the combaticons dropship's missile turrent and destroyed the gun. Then Starscream ordered all decepticons to retreat, but Onslaught refuse and the combaticons combined into Bruticus and destroyed the autobots crew men, but the carrier crashed, half of the energon gone, and Starscream arrest the combaticons. Soundwave then gets all of the pieces of Megatron and rebuild him, Megatron then fought Starscream and injured him and toke back the role of leader of decepticons, to find trypticon's energy core, turns out trypticon is still alive, eventually megatron destroyed the autobots in Iacon's research temple and permanetly transformed trypticon into the nemesis. Later Starscream plans to build his own army by finding and freeing Shockwave's latest expirement, Grimlock but he was knockouted and Grimlock was free and finds his team in this order: Swoop, Slag, Sludge, and Snarl. But Grimlock fought and deafeted Hardshell, Kickback, and Sharpshot, the leaders of the insecticons. Later Grimlock go to the replica of the space tower and toke on Shockwave but he was captured and Shockwave activate the tower, but Grimlock ripped off Shockwave's arm and accedently activated the self-destruct and Shockwave ran away and Grimlock was caught in the survivable explosion area, and was injured. Optimus now saddend that the ark will never leave cybertron, but Metroplex gave his own life force to the ark's energon tanks before saying, "Till all are one." and that the ark has left off.

As the ark heads for the unstable space portal, and the nememsis follows and the two star ships fought eachother, Soundwave deactivates the arks cannons, Jetfire destroys the boarding parties inside the nememsis tendrils, Bruticus attacks the arks fueling system, Jazz and the Aireralbots fought Bruticus and was victorious. In all of that choas, Bumblebee goes to Optimus's location. Before Megatron was ready to destroy Optimus, Bumblebee takes the shot for him, then Optimus told Megatron "The universe no matter how vast will never be big enough for you and i to coexest." Megatron and Optimus then fought eachother the winner was not known but the portal takes Optimus Prime, Megatron, the ark, and the nememsis to the world Shockwave said about but unknown to them that this planet had a war of its own. Even though this world is primitive it holds special powers beound imagination and. But heroes will rise along with powerful evil villians.
