Fog-Bound Wild flowers by Munin

An old thumbnail from Autumn 2011 I decided to finish off as part of the journey towards my 500th Colors! paint. After saving, this one clocked in at 493. :)

Now this, right here is perfection. I can feel the wind, I would love to sit where these are. It's gorgeous, the faded background hinting at mist, the lovely red and yellow. Sigh.

Thank you, Zelda. I was kinda fond of this one, so I resurrected it from the dump folder. Glad it speaks to you in the ways I hoped. :)

This is absolutely beautiful, could see this hung on many house walls, or even a museum. Perfect balance and flow of colors and hues it definitely feels peaceful and alone.

Pressure sensitivity.... colors 3ds does not have this system....... a shame because it helps a lot.. nice painting as usual!

@Klausboss: Yes, it is indeed a shame. I enjoyed beta testing the 3DS version, and was pleased Jens was able to incorporate a lot of my interface wishes - from a purely painting point of view - but the lack of PS (for me) adds another hindrance to the way I wish to work. It's already tough enough painting plein-air on a DS without adding lack of PS into the mix. Can't do anything about that, but Colors! will be back on a pressure sensitive format at some point in the near future (with luck), so I can wait.
Huge props to those (like yourself) that do have the patience to work with the limitations of the format and produce sweet results. The gallery would be at a great loss without folks like yourself.

Your abstraction pieces from way back when... proved to be a fruitful venture. There's atmosphere and drips on the picture plain... at the same time! Great piece. :)
