This is a derivative work of MainCharacter-Kun's "The Habinger." I took his picture of Ryoji Mochizuki from Persona 3, added curly long hair, a fedora and colored his scarf turning him into the 4th Doctor from Doctor Who. #DrWho #DoctorWho #BBC

I recognized the scarf immediately! :D I'm actually a big DW fan, even though I haven't done any art for it (I rarely do fan art for some reason). Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your nice compliment! I really appreciate it!
