Considering finding a shiny is more likely than finding pokerus that's pretty good.

For pokeradar you should do Dugtrio/Diglett. They are powerful and when shiny have blue noses!

Make sure you have adamant/jolly syncronizer too. You can see the strategy for Dugtrio at smogon.com.

Be careful of the sandstorm though. There is reduced visibility. For a warm up maybe try Shinx before doing something challenging like Dugtrio. It's just a suggestion though. Oh, also I'm making a edit in the pokeradar video description if you want to take a look.
