Don't just report the pic. E-mail colors. I got my art stolen aswell. It wasn't nice. But the best thing you can do is send a e-mail about these users. I hope it helps. Vist colors!live.com, That way you can get there e-mail address

I don't want to do things like sending people to report pics, it just creates more sadness and unnecessary drama. (Although, I guess I'm already causing drama by posting this...)

Yeah, go to the online gallery and personally report them. Stealing is the best form of flattery..

@mez-zo; you should edit this painting description to include the names of that accounts who copied your art without permision and didnt even gave credits to you, as well the name of copied art. If you do it, we will be able to find them and support you reporting them for good sake of gallery.

You should definitely e-mail the Support team. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you because I've never really experienced this. Sorry that you have to deal with such crap though. :c

Wow. Weird and cool in the same time because people copy yours paintings but they don't give you credit :/

If I were you I'd do every option I could, I'd report the thieves, email colors! about it, possibly get your stuff copyrighted & sue anyone who takes your work (although thats complicated..)
If anyone posed as the real creator of my work & I wanted to prove myself. I decided, that in the beginning of each of my painting's replays I'd write my name & that I created it, that way anyone who took my work, copied it, erased my sig & then uploaded it wouldn't have proof that they were the original creator, of course it doesn't work against tracers but... thats the best I could think of ._.

Yeah miyuki-chan had this problem,too.i´ll told you the same : they´re copie your pics cause they will never be like you : amazing and it´s not ok,when they copie your hard works,i hate this. contact the collectinger //my version// collecting smiles/colors 3d! webside and tell them your problem.i´m sure they will help you,i can contact them,too. so do anything! can u tell me the name from the persons which copie your pictures? i´d like to speak with them,too...hehhh hate this type of guyz T-T

don´t think i´d like to be unpolite,but it´s much better to contact them at first,before you contact the collectinger,so speak with them again /polite...he-hem/ and tell them,that you´d like to contact them when they wouldn´t delete the copies yeah =p?

I experience the same problem. Especially recently. It's frustrating, I know... But it happens to a lot of people. Here's the thing though- the tracers will never be as good as the original artist. You could draw circles around those creeps! E-mailing colors DOES help. Trust me. You can get through it :3

oh and you need a sing,so when you´ve got it,you can say that´s yours cause that´s your sign.but a very cuti yes? xp

One thing I know is: You deserve to complain about this. Art thievery is disgusting! I think the other users gave you better advice than I could, though.

I had a friend who experienced the same, and he said that it sucks. He's still here, though, and I know many (like myself) would miss you if you left. I don't know that anyone has suggested this yet, but I think when you find such a picture, you should write down the username and after failing to "establish communication" post a list of the usernames so we might collectively report the picture in question and get something done. <:3 I don't know if this helps, but I hope it does.

I've had a few people copy some of my work too. One of them did credit me which was nice.

People say it's a compliment when people copy you. But it is very frustrating when someone tries to pass off your work as their own.

You should report them as stolen art. I'm sure the Colors! staff would see to getting it removed.

well they say immitation is the greatest form of flattery, but yeah giving credit where credits due would be nice, but not everyone is that responsible, so try not to take it too personally because you're the original. you're a leader while everyone else are followers. Have pride in yourself and more so for what you do

It sucks but there isen't a whole lot you can do about it. Just try to think of it as a form of flatery and report any you come across. I will help if I see any!

i think you've basically done all you can. :< it would be nice if there was a 'no download' option that could possibly prevent the tracing from happening.. but even then, those people who are too lazy to build their skills themselves will always feed off the talent of great artists like yourself. :< i guess just keep doing what ur doing? and if i see a trace of one of your drawings i'll def report/ comment on it. good luck!
