Just wondering if anybody can actually tell what anime this is from. I'll sweeten the pot, I'll take a request from anybody who can name the anime, even if you ask me to draw something stupid that I would otherwise never try. The picture is from a screen shot of the opening sequence, if that helps.

I can see the Ghost in the Shell similarity but not the one I was looking for. Great guess, though. If it helps at all, she should be under water in this scene, I just couldn't be bothered to do all that lol

lol thank you and i have been watching this anime over and over since fifth grade and i am in tenth now and blood the last vampire was pretty awesome as well (i saw it in anime and the actual one but i liked the anime one better)
