This scene in the anime made me tear up just a bit, but in the sound novel I friggen cried. Poor Shion (Mion).... Of course, I couldn't include all the details, but you get the idea....
She may be the most insane, but on the inside she's just a sad, scared little girl who has nothing left to hold on to but the darkness inside....

For some reason, I wanted to look at this painting again; and I didn't notice the faint white outline of Shion until now.
