(CatGirl99) I'm not quite sure why the red spot looks that way, I think it's because of the transparency of that section of the layer. It kind of bugs me.

(CatGirl99) The white line shows up when the back layer isn't covered by other layers. If I remember, I will put a thin black line along the right side of the top layer. I did that in this painting, so there's no white line.

my mother in-law has a bunch of these spiders around her house. i had heard of them but never really seen one until the other day and your painting looks like it except for the human hand. it is an amazing painting.
