For art block I try and focus on something other than MY characters, or at least stop focusing on my style. Try something different, but not boring. Ex: If landscapes are boring to you, don't try it for art block (usually makes it worse). Go look up some video game concept art, or just look at other people's art in general. Another cool thing to try is a list of random words. Pick two or three and mix them. Usually a verb and noun, or noun and noun. I know it's not anthro, but like I said, you should focus on something you don't usually do, and then go back to anthro once you've got some inspiration again.
