Others may hurt you because they suffer too. They may also have pain, (wether valid or not,) and some people feel better when they take their emotions out on others. But know that what they say to hurt you isn't true because no matter what, you are a beautiful person, spirit, and life, just the way you are.

It is good to speak your emotions. No matter what comments you may get, it is still a good thing and worth it.
I think you would like this book: "The Four Agreements," by Don Miguel Ruiz. It changed my life and helped me live in peace and joy among the many hardships of life. It doesn't tell you "do this and that to be happy," but rather guides you on a path of restoring the true you, healing the true you from everything that has hurt it in your life, and helps you perserve the true you in a cruel world. It really worked for my life, and I think its wisdom would help yours. Peace.

I am glad that you feel better. ^-^ It may take some time to get comfortable with how that book explains things, but please be patient. It will be worth it.

if you understand that book, you would like his other books. They are all wonderful. But the book you have is the foundation on which the other books build up from.
But someday, read "The Mastery of Love," by the same author. It helps you realize you're worthy of peace, love, and happines, and teaches you how to deal with those who hurt you in life. From there, you can find true love, not only in a partner, but in almost everything. Peace, and I pray that you cherish yourself and your beautiful life forever-more.
