Lucario was a supposed Legendary Pokemon when Lucario and the Mystery of Mew came out, and what I'm thinking is that GameFreak had to give him some credit for that, and for starring in a movie... Btw nice job!

Anyway, Arceus is considered the second strongest pokemon statwise under Regigigas without Slow Start. Even so, it can be any type, has a stat base total the second highest in the game, has all his base stats ballanced at a base 120 each, (can be modified with it's nature and EVs) Gets STAB with every type of Judgement, has a wide movepool including Extremespeed, Perish Song, and.....(bla-bla-bla-bla-bla) Yeah I'm one of those battle know it alls, yet I still use a Smeargle. (Stats as high as Bidoof's! Can you believe it!?)

No offense but the snow isnt the best, in MN when there is snow on the ground, you dont see green.

But Arceus is pretty well drawn, speaking of Arceus,I was Skyping a friend of mine and he was playing some pokemon game on his computer, and a guy he was battling had a whole team of shiny Arceus's with different types on each one.

It's actually freezing at my place during spring and I live in a Freakin' desert! anyway, Slaking, Breloom, Machamp, Rampardos, the list goes on and on for higher attack then Arceus. Arceus is just more versital and defensive with easy recovery.
