If you want to blend two colors try using a mid-tone of the two colors and turn the saturation low. You did do a fine job here. Some of my paintings have some alright blending to help you out. This is what this community is for. Helping other artists. Keep up the good work.

Find your mid tone then make your tone semi transparent and go over the border of the two colors. Then blend the mid tone with each color. Its mostly trial and error until you get the hang of it. I hope this helps a little.
