Anyways, why she's an earth pony is because if you take away a pegasus's wings or a unicorn's horn, they become an earth pony (the base of all ponies), which represents the base of the community, Colors! She's pure white, which represents a blank canvas, which means potential.

Alsooo (agh, why did I make her havd so many things?) Her eye colors are additive colors on the left eye (red, green, blue, makes all colors) and subtractive colors on the right eye (cyan, magenta, green, makes all colors) The "spectrum" in her name is, well, a rainbow. And "brush" represents potential to create also. Now for her bio!

i think this will win! so many great aspects!

She was born from light itself and the light created a shockwave when she was born. The shockwave and light attracted magicical living paintbrushes called Light Painters. The young filly (CMCs age, doesn't have memory from before) shook off magic white dust from her mane and tail, revealing brown hair. She stared at the brushes for a couple of moments and then moved suddenly, scaring the Light Painters away from her. But one remained, and was weighed down in paint, unable to flee.

She stepped forwards to the brush and started to clean the brush off, very gently. The brush, as soon as it was freed, was about to fly away. But then it realized the pony was kindhearted, and came back to her. The brush then started to glow, and a red flower stared to glow with it. All the sudden POOF! The flower was red paint! It then dipped itself in it, then wrote, somehow in the air, in a language only the pony and brushes knew.

The pony understood it and followed. (musta meant "follow me" or something :p) It took her to a small rainbow pond, actually a puddle, and told her to go in. She did as it commanded and it brought her to a world full of blank space, free to create her own world. The brush started off creating things with colored light (which turned into paint), which then inspired her to create her own things, using her tail and mane as a brush. No thing she made was perfect at first, but with time and practice she became an ace. Years later she created a pond portal, and came into the outside world, seeing that people created their own worlds and were talking with eachother in the main gathering area known as Colors!. She soon learned that speaking all sorts of languages were natural to her, and the other worlds were called "galleries" Nobody ever called her by her name, in fact she didn't have a name. But one very welcoming pony soon became her friend and gave her a nickname, Spectrum Brush, since. Befriending many ponies soon revealed her cutie mark, a black pony with a grey mane, surrounded by a color wheel, which now brings us to the present day.

More about her personality is that she is very welcoming, kind and curious, but her fault is that she can be impatient and her curiosity has led her into a lot of trouble. AND I'M DONE! ^U^

(oh yeah, I prefer to call her Spectral Brush, which means made from light, like a rainbow from a prism. But since spectral also means ghost and/or eerie, I didn't do it)
