If you're talking about the actual form, then it has been confirmed as of today that the form is real. The name however has not been revealed as of yet.

On the Pokemon Website, all it says is that it has a likeliness to another pokemon and shows Mewtwo. I watched Pokemon Smash when it came on today so I know all about the information revealed on it so far.
