ok, so how a #tag works, is when you upload a painting with a #tag (suppose you drew a cat, and you typed #kitty in the description) then it creates a tag, so that if you click on the tag it will show you all the paintings that have that tag. and when you go to the browse area you can type in whichever tag you want to search for, and anyone who has used that tag's painting will show up :) hope this helps!
