Her mane are corn leaves. Her tail is corn silk. Her skin is all corn too, see! Kinda rubbery. Her wings are corn, but it's a little too complex in design. I couldn't resist, the wings look like corn! I might simplify them, they resemble ears of the oh so colorful indian corn Her cutie mark is corn. Why? She dries corn, grinds it up into dust, and makes paint with it. On a seperate note, she's a pegasus because it's the most common excluding alicorn. She was born where the corn grows free!

I hope this does well- a limited pallette can be just as colourful as (and less jarring than) any rainbow pony! Plus I love corn, it's sooooo goooood in the summer..!

Checked out the hashtag, there´s really a ton of rainbow-colored ponies going around. It is the "Colors"-pony after all. I´m not sure if I´m gonna enter but if I was gonna represent the Colors-community via a pony, I´d propably draw a gamer-nerd-pony of either gender (propably female though) that also likes to draw. Making an interesting design out of my idea gives me headaches though...

Maybe we could try to work together to make another one!

Hmm, okay, let´s see... About the basic design: If it´s gonna be a mare she´s propably be of the shy and nerdy variety... That means not much extravagance and propably messy hair. I imagine her lying on the ground with a stylus in her mouth slightly tapping the 3ds before her. She´s either focused on her work or looking into the camera as if we just disturbed her. May or may not have glasses, they are actually quite common on C!3D. Hmm, but I´m off about race, colors and accessories right now...

Maybe she has super-messy hair because shy didn´t do anything but drawing since she came out of bed today. Not the prettiest pony but defenitely relatable.

Oh and as a side note: Maybe, instead of a vanilla light-reflexion in her eyes she has a triangle shaped like the one inside of the Colors-Palette :P

I'm glad you didn't do rainbows! I love the shading, color combo and overall design! I incorperated a rainbow in my ponies tail only because I couldn't decide which color to put in her tail. I didn't want to be opinionated about which color is the best, because it would be nice for people to spot their favorite color... and maybe over do that color in the rainbow on her tail XD
