How about Buizel- Buizel, in my opinion, is one of many Water-types with varied colours. :3 If I had to choose a colourful Pokemon at the top of my head, I would say Sigilyph or Milotic. :D

I was actually working on that! it's not verry good right now, because I haven't had any sleep, My cousins and I are having a prank war so I gotta stay awake and alert til' they fall asleep!
