I decided to call him Dicey, which is a synonym for tricky. Dicey always has his tongue sticking out, so it is very hard to understand him. He has a very exaggerated lisp. (WOW UPDATE IT'S BEAUTIFUL!) #ChibiNel

Cool. King Candy has a lisp. Funny, when I get a stuffy nose and say glasses, I sound like King Candy. Now i'm a bit freaked out. 0-0 (I don't even have a lisp)

^Yes, I know, and it's adorable. Except, Dicey always has his tongue out, so he has a lisp with his ''s'' sounds, but it is extremely hard to understand his weird way of speaking.
