go to the nintendo e-shop and it should come up in available updates :)

Are you in Europe? The update is got from finding Colors 3D in eShop and tapping 'Update'. The update will download and WHALOWA!! You gotz the update.

When I went to the e-shop, an update popped up, I downloaded it but nothing has changed for me on colors..

you go to eshop and click colors and it will say tap here to update
