Take a look at my water and mountains if you like. Also, water is not just blue, so for this one I would have done a base of red, that being the main colour of the sky, a med dark red. Then I would put in any reflections using the brush that looks like well a brush with the lines in it on a med to lower opacity and place across the water exactly where the reflections are in a vertical line, then sweep over the whole again esp the place you put the reflections with the brush with the lines, on lowest or near to lowest opacity with orange and then again in some spots further away from the reflections with a very dark to purple blue.

ive always used that third brush, where you have multiple lines in a stroke. Yours looks pretty cool.

*note sweep the final colours over the reflections in a horizontal sweep.
