not bad at all however, you should take all the layers of your face and put them together then copy them to at least 3 layers and erase the parts of your face that are furthur away, for instance your glasses and nose would be pretty much the only things on the top layer then cheecks and lips and so forth also make sure you use a fadded araser and not a full one, it will make it look really smooth and the more layers you use for your face the more 3D it will look. other than that great work.
