Traced from an original drawing done by me in 2009. I have 2 sons w/Autism, and myself have been diagnosed with Asperger's. I drew this for awareness of this neurological disorder.

I have a cousin who's in the spectrum, and, well, I just wanna say you mothers who take care of these children deserve medals for all you do.

flyboy, it doesn't have to be insane. avoid what she doesn't like, work with what she does. that will help prevent stimming and meltdowns. do a lot of reading, i highly recommend books by temple grandin-she is autistic and she is amazing! she is a TRUE HERO!!

I had an autistic friend at my other school. Her name was Autumn. Now I hardly remember her.....
