Angel you also need to make sure your spotpass is on in SN otherwise you will not be able to recieve letters have you tried pressing the send & recieve button?

And whats the reason you cant log onto Hummingbird?

And another thing I notice I usaully only get Sn when I leave my 3ds on but close it then it comes through, Have you tried that? if you see the little blue light on the top right corner of your 3ds when its closed means you got a letter.
