Very very stunning. How you work with rendering shapes and the strands of detail that draw them all out looks really flawless. The technique is both really real, aswell as inspiring like others said. Super piece - Wonderful, wonderful face along with your knack for just capturing portraits. : )

Looks like Rapture from Bioshock. The woman's fashion style suggests the same time period as well. Maybe that's not what you were going for, but it looks cool that way.
