Suppost to be King boo and a regular boo humanized (I picture boos as girls, cause they fall in love with Mario/Luigi when they eat a booshroom). ... He kinda reminds me of Cosmo except evil... DO YOU GUYS SEE WHAT I'M TALKIN' 'BOUT? I couldn't think of what boo should wear though...Anyway, here they are. :]

Human! King Boo looks kinda like Prussia. Still a really cool picture though!
