if it was an error message during an update that doesnt let you use the e-shop or settings, you need to turn off the system, turn it back on while holding down the A, R, and SELECT buttons (i think, i read it in nintendo.com) if it still doesn't work due to me not knowing the code and just guessing by slight memory (there is an a though) then check nintendo.com because they do have it there. if it still doesnt work, well, call nintendo...

the reason there is a fee is because hatena signed a contracr with nintendo and the end of march is when the contract ends and nintendo will not let hatena sign another because it doesent make hatena enough money so hatena is opening it again on the three ds but not signed with nintendo so that is why they are making a fee.......
