It has a creepy feel to it. I love the use of red shading on the hand. Very nice.

Thanks, the red in the hand was a little "why not?". I didn't thought of it at first, but when I saw it I loved it, too.
And the hads are hard, yes, you can try using a photo of a hand as a model. (that's what I did here)
