Ok, I obviosly need to explain how TIME ZONES work. The colors have posted their time, aka Pacific time, 9am. Say you in the Mountain time zone, you will get the update at 10am. Because of the way the globe rotates, we have time zones so things are a little less confusing. Look up your times zone vs PTS and you will find exactly when you will get the update!

Say you live in the Mountain time zone, you will get the update at 10am! The earth rotates and the sun hits it differently, that's why we have time zones! If you want to know when you'll get the update, look up PTS vs your time zone. It will tell you EXACTLY when you'll get it. Stop spreading rumors about time changes.

You don't seem to understand. it will be nine AM in the Pacific, not in your time. You might not get it until twelve AM, that means it will be nine am in the Pacific when it reachs twelve am where you live. I don't know where you live so I can't say exactly, but just because it's nine where you are doesn't make it so else where.
