Well art is something you improve at over time so don't expect to just be at master's level right away. It took me 2, going on 3 years to get to the level I'm at(and I'm still not that great but I like my art).
Also looking at other people's art can help. And no I DON'T mean trace. I mean, for example if you're interested in drawing human figures, look at how others draw anatomy.

No one can draw good. Drawing well, of course, just takes lotsa practice. Start with basic shapes and use smaller brushes.

Crazyriverotter or whatever your name is, what do you mean "No one can draw good". I've seen quite a few who I think draw well.
